PayNow QR Code
Highnix systems generated invoices include the dynamic PayNow QR code automatically. The contents of the QR code change according to the Invoice payment data and it links the payer and payee bank accounts automatically. Payments can be tracked easily. It lowers the cost of processing the payments for both customers and vendors.

Electronic invoicing or e-invoicing is the automated creation, exchange and processing of invoices between suppliers and buyers using a structured digital format. Highnix is POPPOL e-invoice ready solution verified by IMDA.

Language-on-Demand
Highnix supports Language-on-demand, a feature which is rarely found in ERP systems. This feature allows users to switch among different language interface instantly. While it is on one language, the invoices or delivery documents can be printed on another language as specified by the users.
