Highnix Business Essential is an accounting system created from Highnix Enterprise grade ERP engine that is proven to be very powerful and robust.  The system is designed for SMEs and it is listed on IRAS website as it met all the stringent E-Tax guide requirements.  It helps SMEs to unlock and maximise their business potential, drive growth and increase the productivity.

This edition is specially created to help new start up or businesses or SMEs who do not need to manage inventory or with limited budget to acquire the tool.  It can be upgraded anytime based on business requirements. No loss of data in the event of an upgrade as data migration is not required.

It has a language-on-demand feature that allow users to choose a different language for your staffs who preferred a different language interface.   It does not require software installation, servers, activations or network software.  It is available 24×7, and can be accessed from a PC, Mac, Tablet or smart phone.

It allows business owners to make quick and sensible business decision.

Security

Data are transmitted over the Internet with X.509 Cert encryption and with DDoS Protection. It ensures that your data are encrypted when send over the Internet.
Implementation and Deployment

Once the system is ready, customers will be provided with a Unique URL, user login and initial password. Each of the customers will have their own server space, application and database. Videos guide will be provided online as to how to prepare the system and initial setup. No technical knowledge is required.

Upgrade

The system can be upgraded to other Highnix's higher end systems such as Highnix ERP Plus2, Highnix ERP Pro and ProX. These classes of systems are for small and large SMEs with users below 200 and with revenue of less than $50,000,000.

Good news: We will refund you the SGD4,900 or the subscription paid whichever is lower and cap at SGD4,900 in the form of Credit when you upgrade within 5 years from the first payment date. If you upgrade beyond 5 years, then the refund will be $2,450 max.

Change Plan?

If you are on subscription plan and want to change to permanent free hosting plan, you can.
– If your total past subscription paid is below SGD4,900, just top up the different and add $600 transfer fee.
– If your total past subscription paid is above SGD4,900, then you just need to pay $600 for the transfer fee. The excess subscription amount paid cannot be used to off set the transfer fee.

Thereafter, no more fee to be paid unless you change product.
Early Termination?

For those who have already paid in full (SGD4,900), unfortunately we do not provide refund. This is like a "off-the-shelf" product. You could leave the system there for future use. But you cannot transfer to another entity.

For those who are under annual subscription plan, please inform us and we will not bill in the next cycle and your system will be terminated.
Transfer

The software license is not transferrable.
