Highnix accounting system is based on Highnix Enterprise grade ERP engine that is proven to be very powerful and robust.  The system is designed for SMEs and it is listed on IRAS website as it met all the stringent E-Tax guide requirements.  It helps SMEs to unlock and maximise their business potential, drive growth and increase the productivity.

This edition can be upgraded anytime based on business requirements. No loss of data in the event of an upgrade as data migration is not required. Records including Invoices, Delivery, Payments, Purchase Order etc will not be affected.

The Invoice includes the PayNow QR code that tie to your corporate bank account and payment can be received directly to the account.  It has a language-on-demand feature that allow users to choose a different language.

Free Hosting Period: 1 year complimentary from the date of activation. Should user wish to continue the service, a hosting fee of $88 per month applies.

Security

The system is hosted at a data centre in Singapore. Data are transmitted over the Internet with X.509 Cert encryption. It ensures that your data are encrypted when send over the Internet.

Implementation

The implementation or switch over from other system is very easy and simple.
If you do not have an existing system: Just follow the setup procedure as in the FAQ or contact us for help.
If you have an existing system: Transfer the balance sheet to Highnix system, enter the opened transactions (Orders, Invoices etc) and move from there.

Upgrade

The system can be upgraded to other Highnix higher end systems such as Enhanced Inventory and Sales Management System, Pro and ProX. Note that only perpetual license version is available for upgrade and upscale.
